The photographs in this collection were taken across northern India in November 2016. The intention behind this series was to leave a photograph behind in addition to taking one with me – allowing an active (& act of) sharing of memories and moments. It is an attempt to challenge (and remind us all of) the practice of tourists capturing pictures of beautiful people on their cameras to take home with them, while leaving nothing behind to benefit the photo subjects.
